DATE: Victorian, c.1880

A cool antique watch fob featuring two golden orbs decorated in the Etruscan Revival style and dangling on rope-twist chains from a swivel clasp. Modelled in 15 karat gold throughout, the orbs have applied gold ropework and granulation motifs. There are various options to wear the piece (if you don't wear a watch chain): they'd make an excellent pendant paired with a chunky chain; attached to a bracelet; or even converted into pair of earrings.
